Soft and Warm Rippled Afghan

This is the first afghan that I ever made.  I wanted to surprise my mother for her birthday with a lovely afghan but unfortunately, it took me much longer to make than I thought it would.  Since it was my first afghan and I was making it with somewhat troublesome yarn, it took me months just to get it to come out the way I wanted it.  I had to keep starting over because the stitches weren't even, or I missed some stitches, or I forgot what hook I was using... all in all it was a mess but in the end, it turned out better than I had ever hoped. I was so happy with the results of my hard work. Please fave and comment to show your support!
